Meet the Team

Kim Hooker

Founder & Travel Advisor

I have been traveling my entire life, starting at age 13 when my parents took our family on the Grand Tour of Europe – 5 countries in 5 weeks! I have been traveling the world ever since.  I have been to 6 of the 7 continents (Antarctica, your next on my list!), and studied in Florence, Italy while I was a student at UC Berkeley.   After a career in sales and marketing (and raising my 2 kids), I realized that I wanted to focus more on my passion – travel!  I have turned my hobby of exploring new places and creating itineraries for my family and friends into a business.  I am very excited to share my passion for travel with my clients. Traveling to different countries and experiencing different cultures is an incredibly enlightening and enriching experience.  Creating life-long memoires for my clients is my greatest goal!

Caroline Dresselhuys

Executive Travel Assistant

Born in Milwaukee before moving to the Bay Area, Caroline was fortunate to grow up traveling internationally with friends and family. In her own travels, Caroline particularly enjoys visiting museums, learning about local history and culture, shopping, and finding chic local bars with great music! A massive foodie, she is enthusiastic about finding decadent culinary experiences. Caroline is thrilled to be working with Kim at KVH Travel, helping manage incoming trip requests, research, and bookings!

Charlotte Hachman

Social Media Manager

Charlotte oversees KVH Travel’s social media presence. In addition to her work with KVH, she provides digital marketing and website development services for a range of clients. She values being part of KVH Travel because it allows her to combine her professional skills with her lifelong love of travel, helping to share the kinds of experiences that inspire others to explore the world. Charlotte’s favorite way to experience a new place is by heading out on an amazing hike or discovering unique treasures in the little shops she stumbles upon while wandering a city.
